Welcome to the Ho oponopono prayer cleaning meditation!
I have always felt that the simple principles of atonement offered by the ho oponopono cleaning methods are a gift from the Creator so that we may finally take our rightful place on Earth and enjoy a life of peace, joy, abundance and good health–not just for some, but for everyone.
I truly believe that our role on earth is of caretakers–taking care of the animals, plants and of each other.
It is clear to me that we are now experiencing the effects of thousands of years of greed, hate and appalling cruelty towards the animals, nature, and other human beings.
I believe that through this Ho oponopono training the Creator has given us the opportunity to repair the damage–I am doing my part, and for the sake of all of us, I hope that you will do the same.
This Ho oponopono process meditation includes 10 breathing exercises and 10 Ho’oponopono mantras.
The background music is the Ho’oponopono Song written and played by Aman Ryusuke Seto.
Aman has generously allowed me to use the instrumental track. The Album Ho’oponopono Song is available from the iTunes Store or from the Galaxy website.
There is a profuse amount of information on the Internet about Ho oponopono
If you are not at all familiar with Ho’oponopono I need to clarify some very important points:
This beautiful Hawaiian prayer helps you establish a dialogue with the Creator.
However, before you proceed further you will need to be comfortable with the following fundamental concepts of Ho’oponopono.
When faced with any adverse situation, the Ho’oponopono practitioner will immediately ask: “What is it in me that is causing this event to take place, this person to behave this way, this sickness to manifest? etc”.
“What is it in me that is causing this event to take place, this person to behave this way, this sickness to manifest? etc”.
Hooponopono practitioners know that blaming others is a sure way for making sure of the recurrence of a problem.
If you cannot get past the habit of blame, I suggest you do not use this meditation. Rather use the breathing exercises and other chants.
If you can pass through this major ego generated hurdle, I promise you that you will absolutely love Ho’oponopono.
Those who follow and practice religions (of love) will quickly recognize that the message of Ho oponopono is not at all new.
Incidentally, Kabbalah has been teaching these very same principles since the times of the prophet Abraham.
Recent developments such as Quantum Physics and the principles taught by Source Healing are offering new and exciting interpretations of the future of the human race.
So, there is really nothing new under the sun–just more and more advanced perceptions of eternal truths.
Congratulations! All that needs to happen now is for you to practice the first hooponopono meditation and mantra. That’s the second hurdle.
All of my Ho’oponopono meditations and chants include the Ho’oponopono Mantra.
Here we acknowledge the Creator who gives Unconditional Love.
If you believe that you are the result of an explosion or worse still that you created yourself, you are going to have a lot of trouble with this one.
The word Father means “Giver Of Life” and I am sure you realize that it has nothing to do with bearded patriarchs.
Addressing the Creator is fundamental to this process–since only the Creator can fix the mess that we (and our ancestors) have created.
This statement opens the door to atonement. The moment you take responsibility for any negative manifestation you experience or witness you also create an opportunity for healing.
The moment you take responsibility for any negative manifestation you experience or witness you also create an opportunity for healing.
Understand that you are not apologizing to the Creator. The Creator is Spirit and does not need nor care about apologies.
The apology is an acknowledgment that we are sorry for whatever it is that we (or our ancestors before us) have done to cause the adverse circumstance to take place.
There is no need to grovel, just a simple “I am sorry” will do.
We are asking for forgiveness for having shut out the Creator from our lives and missing out on all the wonderful experiences that we could have had.
We ask for forgiveness with the absolute certainty that it has already been granted.
The Creator is Spirit and gives Unconditional Love, incapable of experiencing feelings of anger, resentment and all the other ego-related neurotic behaviors that afflict humans.
It is important to note here that Ho’oponopono practitioners never have to forgive anyone.
This is because they realize that all wrongdoing is the result of their own wrong action or memories–past or present. A word or warning, your ego will be experiencing fits as you read this paragraph.
A word or warning your ego will experience fits (of laughter or rage) as you read this paragraph.
A disciple asked the prophet Jesus the question “which is the greatest commandments of them all”. Jesus’ answer surprised everyone:
“You shall love the Lord Your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”
Love is a great healing power. Sending the Creator an SMS of love will reverberate through your psyche and generate an immediate feeling of well-being.
Once again, being pure Spirit, the Creator, does not need your love, but the very act of thinking loving thoughts will tune your mind to that frequency with remarkable and immediate results.
By saying “thank you” you acknowledge that Higher Intelligence has heard you, and is helping you overcome your challenge.
Almost invariably the response will never be what you expect (or in some cases what you want)–but what you need to start the process of healing or reconstruction.
You know that the solution will come in the best possible way for you and for those involved.
A common issue is that people ask for a healing, they receive it–but do not acknowledge it.
For example, One Ho’oponopono practitioner asked for a resolution of her marriage problems. Much to her disappointment, the following month her husband left her.
She later discovered that her husband had been seeing other younger women and prostitutes for many years.
She also learned that shortly after his departure he contracted HIV-AIDS, a disease that he would have certainly passed onto to her.
There are many other similar stories of Ho oponopono miracles which I will post on this site.
Hooponopono is simple and logical and an easy-to-understand process–as it should be.
Looking out of her office window, one of my staff noticed that on the street below a truck driver was becoming enraged with a motorist.
It looked like it was going to develop into a nasty fist fight.
My staff member, used the mantra and the words, what is in me that is causing this person to be so angry. Within minutes the truck driver calmed down and drove off.
I was experiencing some serious red tape difficulties with a Government body.
The more I tried to pacify the situation the more recalcitrant and unreasonable the official became.
This could have had disastrous consequences for my business.
I used the Ho’oponopono mantra accepting full responsibility for this person’s behavior.
The end result was that I unexpectedly met this very same person in a social setting–and we became friends!
I could go on and on and on–but I won’t. It’s your turn to practice Ho’oponopono and start a brand new life.
Remember, that you have no right to force your opinions or beliefs onto anyone else.
This is so even if you “think” they may help others.
Indeed, those who practice Ho oponopono know quite well that the best way to help others is to look within.
“I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you and I thank you“.
Use the cleaning practices, breathing exercises and meditations often.
This will help you eliminate what is in you that is causing adverse conditions in your life.
The above spellings are used and they are all correct. Ultimately it does not really matter what you call it–the important part is that you use Ho’oponopono every day for “cleaning”.
