How to be more confident building self-esteem with EFT and Ho’oponopono

Learning how to be more confident and how to improve self-esteem is not as difficult as you may think when you use the combined power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Ho’oponopono to help you.

Unless you enjoyed a perfect childhood, with perfect parents, in a perfect economical and social setting you are likely to have received improper upbringing.

I refer to these as  “programs” (also called memories in Ho’oponopono).  This is because I firmly believe that the human mind behaves very much like a computer does.

No matter how powerful a computer, if you install a faulty operating system, you will get faulty results.

To make things worse, installing good software on top of a faulty operating system is pointless.  Just like building a beautiful home on quicksand will result in disaster.

This is the reason why, so many “self-help” programs, courses, affirmations, blessings, and potions have no long term effect.  In fact, each time people with low self-esteem and lack of confidence try to “fight” this depressing condition, they energize it even more.

This is because the more you “fight” any unhelpful behavior, the more you energize it with your attention.

The human mind possesses amazing powers at preserving its beliefs–helpful or unhelpful belief.  These negative beliefs will create tough barriers that will prove to be insurmountable in many cases.

I have listed the awesome power of Ho’oponopono in another post, and the specific techniques of EFT I use in another post.  If you would like to learn more go there.

how to be more confident

Are you seeking to learn how to be more confident in yourself?

Remember that these childhood events control all aspects of your experience on Earth and they affect every part of your life:  Emotional, physical and even spiritual.

They color your perception of the outer world and automatic emotional reactions to people, events, and circumstances.

I get a lot of mail from people who believe they are under the influence of a “curse” or “witchcraft” which forces them to sabotage good things: business, relationship, health and more.

Many of these people have realized that the only curse that is affecting them is caused by false programs and memories that were implanted in their minds during childhood.

Improper childhood upbringing affects  your self-image, self-respect and confidence level

As a professional educator with more than 20 years experience and with over 4,000 students, I can assert to have a good deal of first-hand experience with human behavior.

I have conducted numerous face-to-face classes with adult learners from a vast range of socio-economic backgrounds (from Ph.D. professionals to school dropouts).

Through these classroom interactions, I learned first-hand how childhood upbringing contributes or detracts from the enjoyment and performance of peoples’ lives.

All educators, (adult learning and traditional learning alike)  will concur with my findings…

1- People’s negative self-image and low self-esteem are the results of negative childhood upbringing.

2- The level of perceived “intelligence” of people is governed directly by their self-image.  That is–there are lots of very intelligent people out there who believe that they are “stupid”.

Negative upbringing does not necessarily involve violence or lack or love.  Lack of discipline, spoiling and smothering children because of over-protection are equally as damaging.

The Preliminary Steps To Building self-esteem and learning how to be more confident

Of course what I am writing here is not new information.  Yet so many people are trapped in a prison of shame, guilt, and low self-respect.

If you are one of those people, contemplate on the following paragraph:

“You did not program your mind, other people did that for you”.

Most parents (with some exceptions of course) want the best for their children.  For this reason, they will use the same programs their parents installed in their minds.  These are the programs that they thought “worked” for them.

The first step in learning how to be more confident is to realize that you are not at fault.

Indeed, no one is at fault!  This is because your parents did not really know what they were doing.   And indeed they could not have possibly done anything else because of their own negative programs and low self-image.  They simply did not know any better.

Fear is the primary factor that caused these feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem, and low self-image.

There is no question about the fact that all the ills and evils of this world are caused by fear.  If the “devil” really existed then fear would be his greatest weapon against mankind.  Fear paralyzes people and renders them powerless, even when facing small challenges.

Do you know anyone who overreacts to even the smallest issues and makes a mountain out of a molehill?  After reading this short article you are less likely to judge them.  They simply cannot react in any different manner.

You would not put blame on a blind person for stepping on your foot, would you?

My aim is to make you realize that people react in a certain way because they do not know any better.

Of course, our egos want to punish other people for hurting us.  This is because our egos have no idea of what motivates people.

The ego only believes in rewarding the people that give us pleasure and attacking those who make us feel bad.

Fortunately, people are constantly evolving.  Sooner or later (even if it takes lifetimes of birth and rebirth) everyone will evolve past the limited ego thinking.

EFT and Ho’oponopono are the best there is in emotional and spiritual healing and that is why I use them both in many of my self-healing videos.

Erasing memories of low self-esteem and lack of confidence with EFT and Ho’oponopono

It is possible to “erase” all the unhelpful and destructive programs and memories, or at least learn how to manage them so that they do not create havoc in our lives.

It is true that “erasing” bad memories and programs is now a trillion dollar business, but the reality is that in most cases the only people that truly benefit from these are the practitioners.

This is because the “practitioners” leave out the most important component in all healing–the Creator.

Short term benefits certainly occur in almost all cases.  I get mail from many people who have attended motivational seminars, lectures, classes and other self-esteem workshops, or bought tons of books on how to be more confident.

They all tell me how good they felt for days and even weeks.  Sadly, sooner or later, the memories return and people are worse off than they were before the course or seminar.

The good news is that it is not necessary to totally erase destructive memories that cause low self-esteem and lack of confidence!

All we have to do is learn how to manage them with EFT and Ho’oponopono.

So either way, you cannot lose using this powerful self-help video process.

More how to be more confident tools coming

The topic of self-confidence and self-esteem is of great importance to me.  A vast number of people are affected by low self-esteem and poor self-image.  I also know that many people benefit from these videos.  So do expect more tools like these in the future.

I intend to create specific topic related videos.  For example, I have received requests for sports related videos, such as how to be more confident in basketball and how to be more confident around people.  All these videos are in the “to do list”.  Of course, I will include EFT and Ho’oponopono on all my future “how to” videos.

Do keep in touch if you want to be notified when I release them.

I updated the how to be more confident page on the 28th May 2017.
